Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

No returns, no exchanges on personal products, including body jewellery. Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please take the time to fill this out and send it in.

This is for our customers’ health and safety. We guarantee that the product you are ordering has never left the store.

All sales are final. A 20% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion for any returned items that are not damaged or were not shipped in error.

Shipping Info

We ship our packages wrapped in plain paper with the return address not including our store name for your privacy.

Shipping costs will be added to the price of the product. They are calculated based on the size and weight of the item ordered and the method of shipment chosen.

All packages are shipped via Canada Post.

Curbside Pickup 

Proof of ID and credit card used to pay are required to receive pickup order. 

Security and Privacy

We do not maintain a customer list or send out any mailings unless specifically requested. Our site ordering is completely secure for your protection.

Order Processing

Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Any orders received after 5 pm Pacific Standard Time will be treated as received the next business day and shipping your product will be related to this.

If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return and you will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
